Project Manager

Proptech company · visual products for developers

Virtual tours and 360° panoramas of new residential complexes — a proprietary, registered product that drives developer sales.

  • Own projects end-to-end, from pre-sale to delivery: specs, visualized roadmaps, launch, acceptance, and close-out.
  • Manage both in-house specialists and a pool of external contractors: task assignment and acceptance, timeline and quality control, contracts and invoices, sourcing new contractors.
  • Accountable for deal budget and profitability; hold quality and deadlines to company standards, with active risk management.
  • Systematized production standards and onboarding: shooting briefs, quality checklists, automated assembly in KRPano, mentoring of new managers.
  • Designed and shipped, on my own initiative, a developer-feed monitoring service: hourly checks of 24 sources, tests, CI, and a public dashboard.

WB—Tech

Custom web-development studio, Moscow. Independent project on a self-employed basis, in parallel with my main role.

  • Ran delivery for a portfolio of 6+ client projects at once, with a distributed team of 8 developers.
  • Built the delivery practice from scratch: flow metrics, working rhythms, and regular stakeholder reporting.
  • Throughput grew roughly ×1.8 over four months; real Cycle Time was ~65 hours vs. 200+ hours in the raw data.

  • Redesigned onboarding: probation-period attrition 50% → 7%, time-to-productivity 3 → 1 day, new-hire errors −35%, CSAT 95%.

Nmarket.PRO

Proptech, Saint Petersburg.

  • Took the "Developer Cabinet" (a B2B customer portal) MVP through to its first real deal closed through the product; the product is still live and evolving.
  • Launched integrations with major developers (Samolet, FSK, PIK): Pareto 80/20 prioritization closed ~80% of client-fixation requests with a minimum of integrations.
  • Cleared a backlog of 120 parser tasks in six months without adding headcount; three developers grew into product teams.
  • Staffed development teams: hundreds of screenings against my own checklists; personally hired QA and developers across several teams.
  • Managed teams of 6–7 people; on flagship initiatives coordinated several teams totaling around 20.
